Had the best wonderful countdown since 8 years ago. 8 years ago, was doing some millienium countdown show for my dance instructor. Had fun with my friends and of course the grasshoppers who were performers for the show as well….

8 years down the road… Countdowns were typical. Gatherings, Dinners, Countdowns. The few that I remember were dinner at my place with Little Flower, Gathering at Little Reindeer’s place, KTV over the night with my collegues. They were pleasant, but… just missing the X factor.
This year, had fun… SUPER fun in HK.

The hotel was great. Room wasn’t that big, but there was this perfect harbour view for us to catch the fireworks. Was glad that we took the hotel. We huddle in warm with drinks and food while some others had to withstand the cold to watch the fireworks. Didn manage to capture much pictures as its difficult to capture fireworks through window. Anyway, did manage to capture a video of the fireworks show. So those who interested, will bring to our gatherings and can show u guys.

Then was new year at Disney. It was pretty fun. Not much exciting rides, which I won’t really mind though. Not really in the mood for exciting rides. Had fun shopping and taking photos.

Then the next day main highlight was Andy Lau’s concert. Its the most enjoyable concert I had in my entire life. Well, I seriously think that I’m too old to enjoy such stuff anymore. So my guess is that this would be my last time attending any concert. Turtle was shocked by how engrossed I was snapping away all the pictures. hahaha.. This the first time he saw me REALLY crazy over Andy Lau. However, I think this is a very watered down version already. Imagaine me when I was schooling. Its much much worst.

All in all, the trip was really fun and tiring. And I don’t look forward to coming back. Well.. coming back would means it’s back to work, and its back to me and turtle at the two ends again. And I seriously HATE it. Probably the next thing I could look forward to is Turtle coming back. Hopefully it gets accomplished as promised.

Till then, 加油加油加油!

Before I start blabbering all about Andy Lau, let me extend my gratitude to Turtle for all his hardwork in getting this dream come true. I guessed without his effort in helping and sourcing for all the stuff (excluding hotel and airtickets) I won’t have the opportunity to ctach Andy Lau in HK.

I must say that the HK Colisuem is GREAT! We managed to get seats that are only 3 rows away from the stage. However, unlike in Singapore, those pple there are CRAZY! They just ran all the way to the front and scream and yell and BLOCKED my view! So I had to stand almost 80% throughout the whole show too.
However.. heeee… I managed to have a split second high five with him when I squeezed my way to one of the aisle. Hahahaha… Got my money worth. Spent HKD 480 *2 on the concert tickets, US 40 on the membership (in order to get the tickets), HKD 640 on the souveniers sold there. Sounds crazy right? Anyway, think this would be my last time catching him in concert. He is sooo old already.
Meanwhile, enjoy the pictures… There are more on my facebook account, with tags. Can’t be bother to do double work here.

Yeah… Finally the school has gotten extension numbers at our seat. And as u would have guessed, my extension number is 708!

ooohhh.. I loved the digit 8. And how lucky am I to get that. Makes me excited about going back to school and hope I can make more money next year. Hahaha.. New Year Resolutions… Ya.. Going to make them this year! Looking forward to the approaching new year and hope that it will be a good year ahead. Whatever and Whoever that asked me to wait till 2008 will keep their promises and give me a good year!

Till then, get me at 708!

Was bored and read a pregnant lady blog today. She was in her first trimester when her husband left her for a biz trip for 3 weeks. After that, things started to change and her husband strayed in their marriage.

She had to handle her pregnancy alone with all those depressions. Now her bb is due with Jan and she has to manage a divorce as well.

Really sympathize with her situation. I can really understand what it is like to not have support at such vunerable moments. Some things that the male hormones could never understand. Worst still, some old female hormones can’t as well.

Really dun understand why females are the ones who are always suffering?

The only way, I can think of is that I have to pay to upgrade the CSS thinggy…

Is there no other alternatives….

Till then, 加油!

Once again, its Christmas.. Used to be my favourite festival of the year. However, its getting more boring each year. Perhaps due to the fact that Turtle is in Taiwan. You know how boring can Christmas gets in Taiwan.

Yesterday met some Hongkongers and Singaporeans here for Italian dinner. And I actually slept till 1 in the afternoon on Christmas Eve!!! Such a loser right? Then quickly went down town in a BUS!! (first time sitting the bus in Hsinchu, after being here for so long) to buy some Christmas gifts for the dinner later. Spent almost 1500 NT.

Sigh~ I missed walking down Orchard on Christmas or spending Christmas with my friends!! Little Flower, next year come over to my place for Christmas dinner k? Then later we continued with a game of mahjong? The mahjong table still haven used yet leh!

Okay… I got to iron clothes later. And need to prepare for another Christmas dinner with a whole group of Hongkongers. Which I dun noe why I am going to that dinner. A bit weird… Though.. I like Hongkong… But… celebrating dinner with a whole group of Hongkongers whom I haven never met before seems weird. And turtle and I going to be the only Singaporeans in the group… Actually I dun really feel like going. I rather stay at home at eat my rice noodles…

Till then, Merry Christmas!

Actually I don’t really know what to write. I’m just writing for the sake for writing.. Perhaps. Well, life has still been boring today. Just that, I’m going to make sure I washed the clothes… And perhaps looked forward to the bowling trip later in the evening. But, as usual.. Slow poke turtle is probably going to take his own sweet time to come home. And I will probably wait till I have no interest liao…

Maybe….

Till then, 再见!
